Hessy and John
Hessy Williams (fluid, light and graceful) and John B. Lee IV (hydrodynamic, grounded and hypnotic) became acquainted while Martial Art training. We immediately recognized a trance inducing quality in each others’ motion, communicative connection and energetic exchange---a physical incarnation of Chinese lore.
We became dance partners and discovered an array benefits in our movement and connection. We worked diligently to uncover the synergetic properties (from improved dancing to emotional reclamation) and felt compelled to share our findings... with life-changing results.
Follow My Lead, a way to find yourself and connect with others, fell into place as if it were already there; a world waiting to be inhabited—we walked in and now, we invite you to join us.
What We Do for You
Follow My Lead is a combination of self-help approaches. We tie everything to connective dance, but dance is just the structure through which the FML Method is expressed. Relaxation response development, emotional rewiring, relationship and communication building, cognition enhancement, and physical health improvement are just some of the obvious benefits.

Movement and connection through dance allows the practitioner to open to deeper states of awareness(moving meditation, hypnosis, relaxation response) while the full body movement of The FML Method incorporates stacked cognitive loads and ambidextrous movement, developing executive function (cognitive kali and the movement revolution). Couples even express enhanced abilities to communicate, to listen and take subtle cues from their partners.

Our style does not focus on learning by the numbers, but through feel. If you can walk, you can dance using the FML Method--you cant have too many left feet. You will find dancing without barriers to be a rewarding way to move your body and become inspired to move toward a healthier place in life.
